Project Ethylene 2008-2010

Tania and I have been conducting an experiment for the past 1 year and 8 months. Fruit decay. Turns out our office space has pretty good conditions for drying fruit... yes we are creeps...but the results were quite pretty and they actually smelt yum and citrusy! we then freed the fruit into a public art display outside... I hope the pigeons didn't eat them.
